Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate clinical databases and data management systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes.

- Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes.
- Assist in the preparation of data for analysis and reporting.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
