About this role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with strong SAP Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to lead organizational change initiatives linked to data transformation and SAP programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring alignment with data governance standards, and minimizing business disruption during SAP MDM implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during SAP MDM projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop tailored communication plans.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding and engagement with new systems.
- Monitor and report on change management progress, addressing any resistance or challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures throughout the change process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams during and after implementation to ensure sustained adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, specifically with SAP Master Data Management.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in training and development, with a focus on user adoption strategies.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on SAP MDM or related fields.
- Experience in large-scale data transformation projects is highly desirable.
