Our client is seeking a BI Developer to drive data and analytics initiatives by delivering scalable, high-performance BI solutions. This role requires a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Fabric and other BI tools.
- Optimize performance of BI applications and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
