Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and implement RPG programs on AS/400 systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing applications.
- Perform system analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in RPG programming and AS/400 systems.
- Experience with DB2 databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in RPG development and AS/400 systems.
