This role involves providing hands-on instruction in AI, robotics, automation, drone operations, and related technologies, both online and offline as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials and curricula tailored to various skill levels.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that incorporate practical exercises and real-world applications.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, robotics, and drone technology to ensure the training content is relevant.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training or teaching AI, robotics, and drone technology.
- Strong understanding of automation processes and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
- Relevant certifications in AI, robotics, or drone operations are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in training or industry roles related to AI, robotics, or drone technology.
