Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and online help content.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Manage Help Center releases, ensuring timely updates and clear communication to users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve documentation effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and information development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or information development.
- Strong proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
