About this role

Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Automation Consultant with a focus on Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of cutting-edge technologies that enhance business operations and customer experiences.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes for Amazon Connect solutions. Your expertise will help in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that all automated systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Amazon Connect implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of automated workflows to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for quality assurance processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Amazon Connect and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a plus.

Experience Level:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or automation consulting, particularly within cloud-based solutions.
