Our client is seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have knowledge across several programming languages, including C and C++. This role focuses on developing software solutions in sectors such as embedded systems, automotive, aerospace, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and develop software architecture for various applications.
- Utilize UML design principles to create effective models.
- Apply extensive knowledge of operating systems and software platforms, specifically in Unix, QNX, Autosar, and Android.
- Implement and manage networking systems and protocols as part of the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience in software development and architecture in embedded systems or relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of at least two operating systems: Unix, QNX, Autosar, or Android.
- Familiarity with UML design methodologies.
- Knowledge of networking systems and protocols.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development and architecture roles.
