About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build and integrate an intelligent chatbot for their resort website and WhatsApp Business. The ideal candidate will develop a chatbot capable of answering customer queries, providing detailed information about rooms, amenities, pricing, and bookings. Additionally, the chatbot must capture leads including Name, Phone Number, and Email, and seamlessly transfer conversations to WhatsApp when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop an AI-powered chatbot tailored for the resort website and WhatsApp Business.
- Integrate the chatbot with website and WhatsApp Business API for seamless communication.
- Implement lead capture functionality for customer details.
- Enable smooth handoff of conversations from chatbot to WhatsApp.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability.
- Assist in deployment and monitor chatbot performance.
- Provide detailed documentation and training materials for ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Dialogflow, OpenAI/ChatGPT, WhatsApp Business API, AiSensy, and website integration.
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with AI and chatbot development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI chatbot development.
