About this role
We are seeking a motivated Associate – Salesforce CRM Analyst to support Salesforce operations for our clients. This role is well suited for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in CRM platforms, customer data management, and sales and customer lifecycle workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coverage from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to support clients in Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to translate client requirements into Salesforce configurations.
- Assist in the management of customer data and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Support the development of sales and customer lifecycle workflows to enhance client operations.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for Salesforce-related issues.
- Participate in training sessions to improve client understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
- Basic understanding of customer data management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs in different time zones.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a CRM-related role or similar environment is preferred.
