This role involves supporting the build, deployment, and management of enterprise-scale platform and end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management and a deep understanding of various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage enterprise-scale platform environments.
- Deploy and maintain end-user computing environments.
- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration.
- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
- Experience with Citrix Netscaler / ADC.
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Administration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure deployment methodologies.
Experience:
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure roles.
