Our client is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on testing and validating cutting-edge broadcast and ad tech solutions that are transforming television globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications that deliver targeted advertisements across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and provide feedback on quality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that software updates do not affect existing functionalities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in broadcast or ad technology.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
