Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst specializing in Retail to join their team. This role involves collaborating with retail business partners within a global SAP program to ensure that SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and retail solutions align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with retail business partners to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
- Design and implement SAP CAR functionalities that enhance retail operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users on SAP functionalities.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for SAP initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CAR and retail processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
