Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized communication solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tailored communication solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud.
- Implement and manage APIs for the integration of various communication tools and services.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions, including Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- Test and troubleshoot communication solutions to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud and Vlocity components.
- Proficiency in API integration and management.
- Solid understanding of OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing communication solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on communication solutions.
