Our client is seeking a Sr. Power Platform Developer based in India to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft’s modern low-code and AI-powered ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative digital transformation initiatives that leverage Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, and Azure services to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform and other Microsoft services like SharePoint and Azure.
- Utilize Copilot Studio to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Ensure best practices in application development, performance tuning, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Azure services.
- Familiarity with low-code development principles and AI integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development and enterprise solution design.
