Our client is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our client’s digital payment platform. You will work closely with software engineering teams to design and implement scalable systems that can handle high transaction volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance of services.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve service reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for infrastructure management.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system resources.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
