Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead – Intermediate for a contract role based in Singapore to support enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation and migration projects. This position requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow and a proven track record of leading development and configuration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Handle system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Proficiency in ITSM modules and ServiceNow best practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and ServiceNow APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Required:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
