About this role

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in enhancing the ServiceNow platform to improve IT service management processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT service management.
