- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITOM solutions.
