Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and collaborating with process owners to enhance core applications while ensuring the delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with ServiceNow peers, including administrators, business analysts, developers, and architects to deliver projects effectively.
- Design and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, applications, and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and support.
