Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Now Assist and App Engine workflow automation, with a strong background in ServiceNow development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and App Engine to implement solutions.
- Utilize templates and Generative/Agentic AI in development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
- Strong understanding of App Engine and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Generative/Agentic AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
Candidates should have 4-7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
