Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. This role is essential for providing first-level technical support to users and ensuring a seamless IT service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge base articles and user documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of IT service management principles.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
