Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. This role is essential for providing first-level support to end-users and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and support requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new users and provide training on IT systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
