Our client is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) specializing in Automation Frameworks. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and performance of our client’s AI-native services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, particularly in automation, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks for various applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand system architecture and design effective test strategies.
- Perform thorough testing of AI solutions, data services, and enterprise applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software testing and automation.
