Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect to optimize workflows and customer interactions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Field Service implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect and conversational AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting or a similar role.
