Our client is seeking a Salesforce Consultant specializing in Field Service to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Utilize Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect to optimize workflows and customer interactions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Field Service implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect and conversational AI technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting or a similar role.
