About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Management Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile project teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles, and experience in implementing these methodologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Assist in conflict resolution and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with program and project plans.
- Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum @scale, Nexus).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-vendor settings.
- Strong planning and tracking capabilities beyond just facilitation.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles.
