Our client is seeking an experienced Playwright Automation Engineer to join their team for local testing of web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in test automation using Playwright and will be responsible for executing and maintaining test scripts effectively in local environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Execute tests in local environments and ensure thorough coverage of web applications.
- Maintain and update existing test scripts to adapt to application changes.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and provide feedback on application performance.
- Document test cases and results, and report issues in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Playwright for test automation.
- Strong understanding of web application testing methodologies.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test automation, specifically with Playwright.
