About this role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Consultant with strong implementation and customization expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and customization of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OSvC functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Service Cloud features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of OSvC architecture and components.
- Proficiency in integration with other Oracle products and third-party systems.
- Experience with scripting and customization tools within OSvC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
