Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & Service Cloud CRM Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom BI/BIP reports in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM using Groovy Script. This role involves designing and implementing business logic for reporting requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of CRM reports tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom BI/BIP reports in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM.
- Utilize Groovy Script to create and enhance reporting functionalities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement business logic to meet reporting needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
