Our client is seeking a Sterling OMS Application Support Engineer with a strong background in the retail sector. This role is based in NYC/New Jersey and requires onsite presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Fluent Commerce Order Management System and ensuring efficient management of order lifecycles and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for the Fluent Commerce OMS, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Monitor and troubleshoot order management processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Document processes and maintain user guides for the OMS.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with the Fluent Commerce Order Management System.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail domain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in application support, specifically within the eCommerce or retail industry.
