Our client is seeking a Network Engineer I to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems that ensure seamless connectivity for users and devices. You will work closely with senior engineers and other IT professionals to deliver high-quality network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation of network systems.
- Collaborate with team members to implement network security measures and best practices.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support the deployment of new network technologies and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in network engineering or a related field is preferred.
