Our client is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating test strategies, executing test cases, and ensuring the quality of software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: 3-5 years in manual testing or quality assurance.
