Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Associate based in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth and success of aspiring student entrepreneurs through structured training, mentorship, and operational support. You will play a key role in onboarding participants, guiding them through learning experiences, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of student entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate workshops and mentorship sessions to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing development of participants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in an educational or entrepreneurial context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and training methodologies.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in learning and development or a similar role.
