Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Associate based in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth and success of aspiring student entrepreneurs through structured training, mentorship, and operational support. You will work within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and play a key role in onboarding participants and guiding them through their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of student entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate workshops and mentorship sessions to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide operational support during training sessions and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
