About this role

Our client is seeking an HRM Software Sales Partner to join their team on a commission-based, remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to leverage their sales skills in the HR software market. As a reseller partner, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's HRM software to your own network of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for the HRM software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the HRM software.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own client relationships.
  • Familiarity with HRM software and its applications is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
