Our client is an Alberta-based startup seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to build a secure, mobile-friendly web application for healthcare-related services. This is a contract opportunity to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with the potential for ongoing work as the platform grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a secure, responsive web application that works well on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Develop secure login and authentication systems for multiple user types.
- Create a portal for users to securely view, complete, and manage documentation.
- Build an administrator dashboard for managing users and records.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine features throughout the development process.
- Follow security and privacy best practices throughout the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with modern web development, both front end and back end.
- Proven experience in building secure user authentication and login systems.
- Experience working with databases and handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in mobile-responsive web application development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack web development is required.
