Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Executive to join their team in Gurgaon. This role is essential in providing exceptional support and assistance to clients and staff regarding IT and facilities management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk inquiries and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Administration, IT, or Facilities Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and IT tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is required.
