Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their dynamic team within the AI Software Delivery Platform sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in testing, deployment, and application reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
