Our client is seeking a skilled Back End Developer for a 6-month contract to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript. You will play a crucial role in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, focusing on database design and query optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs, AI/LLM services, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and cloud services.
