Our client is seeking an experienced Application Development & Support Senior Analyst specializing in Oracle Sales Cloud. This role is part of the IT / Sales Applications team and is based in Pune, India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing application solutions that drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support Oracle Sales Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices for application development and support processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with the applications.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and support, specifically with Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
